Tried to buy product. Would not download without viruses. They would not listen to my problem but kept offering a solution requiring another download that would not work without download viruses. They told me to turn off my firewall. They would not respond to my numerous requests for a refund. I had to call my credit card company to dispute. Never activated product yet as of this time they would not offer a refund.
