The Target stores in my area carry the Boots No 7 line. I have previously purchased the Boots Eye Pencil in Brown. It has not been in stock for over 6 months. There are other weird colors but no brown. I've spoken to the head person in cosmetics and she doesn't know why it is never in stock and has put it on order.
