I also did the trial and I managed to talk directly to their staff. They said that I would not be billed if bottle is returned and mailed by May 3. I have a tracking number and mailed it on 5/2. Furthermore, the phone # on my banking statement is no longer their number. I am going to talk to my bank and treat it as fraud.
