Cancelled NetZero last summer. Everytime I tried to cancel this service, they would give me 3 months free. Finally had enough and wanted to be rid of them. When I called, they said everything was fine and I was good to go. I would receive no more bills from them. Now... I get a collection notice??? I called NetZero tonight to find out about this notice. 1st of all... Got a guy who was rude and disrepectful and could not speak English well. He treated me like I was a 3 year old! Told me that there was nothing that he could do; I had to write a letter to the company. He also told me that the number on this notice was no good! He stated that when I cancelled this service, I was sent an email stating that I had a balance. So, my question here is... How can I get an email to an account that I have cancelled??? They were very very rude!!!
