My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Red Hills motel in Kanab, UT. My wife forgot her body pillow in the room and we only realized this the next next day. A few days later I called the front desk and inquired about the body pillow that we left behind in room #130 and was told that it was not in their lost and found but would inquire about it and for me to call back in a couple of days, When I called again a few days later, I was told they had the body pillow and I gave them my home address and paid with my VISA to have it shipped. After two weeks, I called again as we had nor received the item and the cost had not showed up on my VISA statement. I was told that there was no such item and they would talk to their staff members and call me back which I gave them my home phone number. I have not received any calls to confirm either way and I`m very disappointed at how this matter was handled. The body pillow was a $150.00 dollar item which was well worth having it shipped back home.
