I was assaulted by a very violent disabled man last year, and the ploice would not let me press any charges cause no one saw him beating me inside the apartment, and he claimed to remember nothing. This man has continued to harass me in many ways inculding protection order violations, for over a year and the winter park co. Police are neglecting thier duty by refusing to contact the guy after yet another call to 911 for him coming at me while i was parking my car on 1/13, the police are very aware of the 15 foot line of sight protection order, and even SAW the guy walking away from me, but refuse to file reports in a timely manner and the probation officer was never notified of the incident, since the cops didnt file the report until i forced them to finish filing it when i had to go get a civil protection order from the judge, the police are lazy, biased and crooked as hell, as well as the D.A. Head d.A. Elizabeth oldham, a personal enemy, refuses to file anything that might help me. I have eight police reports, that i have found so far, and no one seems to see the habitual aggressive behavior? I asked for another d.A. Since the current d.A. Elisabeth oldham was caught in some very unethical things like evidence withholding, and adultery with her boss, and other forms of cheating - i was flatly refused. The regulatory council doesn't see the man as a threat to me either, even though i have 8 friggin police reports concerning him including protection order violation conviction, he has got caught twice lyingy about trying to enter my home by police, the guy uses his disability to avoid prosecution a lot, including INDUCING A SEIZURE IN COURT, BY BEATING HIS HEAD BLOODY ON COUNCILS' TABLE and no one sees the threat to me as serious? There be some way for this man to be held accountable for his crimes against me, i can't even recover any of the money spent going back n forth to doctors and court, and victims' bill of rights does not apply if you are NOT RECOGNISED AS A VICTIM. Something must be done about this ongoing situation, i am in fear for my life every time i leave my apartment, due to repeated violations from this mentally disabled man. Is it true he can just get away with this kind of negative behavior cause the cops don't want to deal with him? There must be someplace to report violent disabled people that are commiting assaults and violating protection orders, i'm disabled myself, and can't get away from him due to injuries due to previous attacks. Must i just take getting assaulted and repeatedly harrassed until he ends up hurting me further, or i have a heart attack from the stress?
