I managed the North Richland Hills, TX location of Bob Suarez's Little Caesars Pizza franchise August March. My paychecks were not only deducted illegally the entire time I was there (now a non-issue in light of recent events), but my final paycheck has been witheld, also illegally, for the last 7 weeks, despite attempts to amicably resolve the problem.
Bob, as well as his Little Caesars Director of Operations, continue to hold to ridiculous allegations of "theft, " despite the immediate store audit that revealed no inventory discrepencies or monetary shortages. Legal recourse is currently being pursued.
