During my time of employ at Bob Suarez's Haltom City Little Caesars franchise location, as well as the North Richland Hills location I worked at as well, I noticed many health code policy violations, including falsifying hold times, product freshness dates, and cleanliness problems. Since then it has only gotten worse.

Recently the Great Lakes Management supervisory crew (Khris and a married-in family member Keith) have instated a disgusting rule: ALL food waste is to be kept in-store until recorded by area supervisors. This means all food waste is put in trash bags and kept in the back of the store. This is true also for the North Richland Hills location, Irving, Northside, TCU, and any other Little Caesars owned by Bob and overseen by Khris, Keith, and another supervisor Robert. This is not only against any city health code, but just plain disgusting as it attracts flies, vermin, and is a prime breeding ground for bacteria.

Terrible practices kept secret from health inspectors and the public. Do you really want to eat at that kind of establishment? I certainly wouldn't.
