It was my daughter's friends birthday so we went to get the pizzas which are advertised (hot and ready) I was outside waiting for my daughter it was very hot and I had my puppy with me, after waiting for about 20 minutes I went to the door and asked why it was taking so long what happened to their hot and ready deals? (SCL) server said they were just getting pizzas out of oven. I went back to my car because I had my puppy after 10 more minutes I again went back to the door to ask how much longer, all the staff was very rude and did not even apologize, so I returned to my car and waited for and other 10 minutes before my daughter showed up with pizzas. It was an inconvenience because everyone was waiting at the park hungry and we were late to the party. My daughter was sad and I had to wait a long time outside in the heat with my puppy. She worked hard and fundraised selling chocolates to buy pizzas and Little Caesars did not meet their hot and ready deal that they advertise this time. I feel that my daughter should be refunded her bill was $24.24 we have our receipt. Thank you
