This company contacted us that we have been chosen to get this all exclusive vacation package. We told them we couldn't afford it, but they keep pushing and finally lowered the price to $400. They talked so much and said so much. Asked questions and barely gave you time to comprehend what was said expecting an answer, then talk more. The vouchers said you have to make a total of $50,000 to take these vacations. The question they said they asked was "Do we make $40,000 to $50,000". They said I answered YES. I may have but still the vouchers say $50,000. We are not able to use this and for probably 4 months or so we called and emailed trying to get a refund. After I finally said I was contacting the BBB, they finally called. Only to say they could NOT give us a refund. So we are out $400 and will NEVER be able to use this vacation package. I am very upset. I wish i had never heard of this company. You know they could give a refund if they wanted to. I can't believe a company is allowed to continue to treat people like this. Please if you are contacted by them do not purchase this package. It isn't worth it trouble
