I was charged $29.95 for something I did not order. I contacted Heather at Alliance network Demi Box Ltd. She was not very helpful until I threated to send the FBI to their offices, then she gave me the info I had requested. The email address the confimation was sent to was similar to my grandaughters name, but was a bogus email address. They told me I would get a refund in 3 to 6 days. After reading the other complaint I figured we got scammed. I am very upset, because I do not use the internet for any transactions at all. I will be contacting a lawyer to find out how to shut down this bogus company. I am Also reporting this to The FBI
