I ordered the "free trial" of the HCG Platinum and the Purifier, only apparently having to pay the post and packaging on each one. 13 days later, 2 amounts were taken from my account - £99.95 and £89.95. I called them twice. The first person told me to call back when the goods arrived and they would tell me where to send them to get my money bakc. I was suspicious at this point so I called them again and the second person told me it was impossible for me to get my money back. Both people I spoke to were very rude. I rang the bank who said it could not be reported as fraud as somewhere in the very very small print, it says that if you don't cancel within a certain amount of time they can start charging you for the product. I have stopped my debit card and had to arrange for a new one, so that they cannot take anymore money. Unfortunately I have had to put this down to bad judgement on my part and learn an extremely expensive lesson.By the way, the products do not work.
