I ordered my daughters' prom gown online because she wears a very small size and could not purchase a gown locally without paying exorbetant prices for a custom size. The order was placed with sufficient time for delivery. It has been a week since my daughter's prom has passed and the gown still has not arrived. We spent the days just prior to her Senior Prom scrambling to borrow a gown from her boyfriend's sister and then I spent hours on the alterations. The email response that I got from tidebuy was a complete joke and had I not been so hurt for my daughter and frustrated I would have laughed hysterically at their so called customer service. I am considering filing a complaint with my state's attorney general. My credit card company is disputing the charge and I expect full restitution. This company is completely unreliable, if not outright fraudulent.
