Purchased a panel for my boat in September after several e-mails and more excuses asked for a refund in Feburary, I requested a refund. Now I get no answers to e-mails or phone calls. Mass. Consumer affairs suggested I Google his name, real interesting On his phone it states he had to move (in a hurry, Google will tell you why) and will pass his new info to good customers. Mass. Consumer affairs sent a letter that was returned not deliverable.
