Started when i received a email about receiving a walmart card for short survey and then a wk later I received a Prolash kit I thought was a sample had no bill in or paperwork and then I started receiving magazines I didn't order then I received a 2 Packs of Bella Brite that I did not order. One of the packets is marked trial pack and no paper work. The magazines have been reimbursed into my account for 121.00 but Prolash People refused to reimbursed and I was overdrawn on checking account because of 119.00 prolash and 78.21 for bella brite they both cost me overdraft fee of 64.00, please help.
