I just been contacted by Google Checkout also. It seems that you will have to send another $1.355.00 for the delivery.
It seems that it has been a misunderstanding with the insurance.initially it had to be supported from my protection account that I have with Google but is that the Department Logistics now requires that the insurance has to be paid in cash. So in order for me to start the shipping process Google Checkout must confirm me that you have made the payment for the insurance. No worries though as you will receive these money back entirely once you signed for receiving the car. The shipper that will handle the delivery will give you the money in person.
So please just follow the instructions you received from them so we can move forward with the deal.
