This company guaranteed that they would get my business listed on googles first page within 90 days or they would give 100% money back. They listed 2 phrases, one was a free listing to get me on board - the FREE listing did make it to googles first page but the paid one did not. After 90 days I asked for the money back as they had not delivered - they agreed but never gave it back. They then stopped answering emails and phone calls to me. I contacted the advertising standards agency who On 21 December stated that this company must return payment and remove their guarantee - the company have never returned the payment and now seem to have closed their website: although there is the same named company working out of London - I am not sure if this is the same company!
