They signed me up without my knowledge. The took 13 payments of my credit card from 30/04 until May. The payments started at £14.95 and increased to £17.95. I have no idea what "service" they provide and to the best of my knowledge I have not used / received their service.
I have phoned them up and had 6 months payments refunded, but they refuse to refund any more. I have sent to letters, to which they have replied, but they still refuse to send the rest of may money.
They have had a total £197.35 - £230.35 of me and only refunded £72.
