My wife was unwittingly signed up through a sister company 'credit checking agency'; this is extremely annoying, dishonest and unscrupulous method of dealing with people.
If she had signed up to this knowingly (extremely unlikely) then perhaps we could understand the methods that are utilised to enrol 'clients'! But since the first time she was aware of having been 'using' the REWARDSNOW company was through her bank statement; otherwise we could have been paying for years.
The REWARDSNOW customer services (perhaps incorrect title?) representative was particularly unhelpful and not at all sympathetic.
We are very unhappy with the way that the company has duped us into paying £19.99 a month which has never been used and we failed to recieve the £10 introductory token.
As you can imagine we are not happy.
