Ordered a pair of shoes online and was redirected to realypay.com for check out. I'll admit, I questioned the site as I had never heard of realypay.com before, but the site appeared legitimate, so i continued. Within an hour, I was called by a sales rep to verify my order (nice, but I did think it was a little strange that the person had a strong Asian accent and barely spoke English. And I mean barely). My card was charged $161 under the company name Bright Futures. Its now 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my shoes. I tried to contact the company via there website, but after you fill out the email form, the 'send' button at the bottom of the page is inoperable. And after reading the other complaints on this site... I don't think I will be getting my shoes.
