A very pushly, lying, scam artist that may have been on drugs showed up selling books and magazines using the line he lives in the neiborhood and his mom works for the local childrens hospital scamed me an others out of money in the neighborhood.
When he was confronted about the fact he did not live here he started yelling curse words and waving the middle finger. He also took one neighbors unbrella and did not return it.
This is out of control this is the second time in 4 months they have been in the neighborhood!
