Phillip K Evans took our money in $1800 to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; we heard from a girl named Jennifer for a little while; she always assured us that we could file when we found out if we where going to keep our house or not. Her emails and calls stopped. The office moved and now have left the most recent office again! We cannot leave a message on the voicemail because it is full. My husband is now getting his wages garnished because Phillip K Evans failed to file and took our money!
