Acura of Boardman is a stand up orginization - I arrived to the store with a bad attitude of how car dealers work - the gentleman who helped me find a vehicle was very patient and NOT pushy. From the salesman, GM, Used Car Manager and even the finance lady they were so professional and courteous. Not to mention that the Owner came out to shake my hand and thank me for my business. That never happens! After such a wonderful sales experience I was expecting the same from their service department and boy was I not dissapointed. The service department knocked my socks off - they truly take the time with each of their clients and the young man who washed and vaccumed my car after the service was completed was truly the icing on the cake. I have reccomended them to everyone that I know and those who have purchased from my reccomendation have had the same wonderful things to say. I will never shop elsewhere and they also have multiple lots with new and used vehicles so even if you aren't looking for an Acura you will still be taken care of.
