I ordered black women size 8 Crocs. Received the bug repellent band. Reported it to Paypal and they said they had a tracking number and case was closed.
Appealed case and Paypal asked me to return item to get money back. I cost me $19.07 to return the bug repellent band, and I did it to show Paypal that they are helping this company scam people.
I also closed my account with Paypal. Their customer service STINKS.
