I received a letter from same address as Publishers Clearing House, Kansas City. They ask for $20.00 CAD. I do not believe PCH would ask a current customer for money. The signature was John Winstead. Company name at bottom of prize announcement notification "Opportunities Unlimited Publications Inc. Is this a scam. Corey Herrington, Ontario.
