I bought the family package last year on april 17, because my son was going to new york on business for an indefinite period of time. We have a large family and decided we could all talk at once or just some of us on skype, worked just fine!
He is back now and i no longer have need for this package any more. Skype without asking just charged my bank again a year later, i have been trying everyway i can to get in touch with someone to credit back my bank.
