Ordered from TV infomertial @$10 (buy one get one free) plus 7.95 s&H each. Product arrived but credit card was charged for 68.80. Called to complain was told that it was $37 for 2 "deluxe" roto punches and $31 S&H. Was told I could return one for $20 but pay my own shipping. Gave me an order number but never once asked my name, address, etc.
