I ordered Roto punch which was supposed to be 10.00 7.95 for shipping. This was all done by an automated phone system. They offered me all other kinds of products but I "DECLINED" all of them. All I wanted was the 1 roto punch. I received a huge box of items I did NOT order. I called the number I ordered from and I could not reach a direct person. I immediately called my credit card company and was instructed to send the box back and no more charges will be allowed from this vendor. So far they have charged me over $85.
