Accelerated Mentoring.net
Consumer Report

February 22 I paid the online company PSO $47 to learn how to sell online. The page I was transferred to said if I wanted personal assistance to click within 24 hours. I clicked and was transferred to a smooth talking sales person for Accelerated Mentoring. I believed what I heard. I heard that I would have a person walk me through every step of earning money online, I would not have to have a website or buy products. He had an answer for every objection I had. I said I did not have the cost of their program $7,935.36, so the sales person connected me with a clerk and she connected me, all on conference call, with a person from Discover Card who said yes I could get the credit at 0% for one year. Red flag should have been that Accelerated was asking Discover Card to send them a ceck. But... The Accelerated salesperson repeated that I would be making thousands of dollars within the first month, so I said yes.
Within the next two days Accelerated was telling me I had to buy twelve things on EBay. February 24,2 days after I signed up, I wrote an Email stating I wanted to rescind. I received a phone call from a man identifying himself as a head supervisor at Accelerated saying I would not have to spend any more money and when I said I still wanted to rescind he said he would send me a check for $100 to cover what I purchased on EBay and assured me I would make thousands of dollars by stayhing with the program.
By April I was still being advised to spend money and i was showing no proft so I contacted the company saying I wanted a refund. I was told they had spent thousands on me so I could either get a $2,000 refund or they would pay me $400 if I agreed to stay with the program. Basically they were paying me to shut up.
At that time I was going through a medical crisis that involved me being at one of the top hospitals in New England so I was not thinking clearly.
I took the $400 and bought fuel for my home.
I lost more money on their advice to get a dropshipper, and then I paid a local person to help me set up a website to sell a product I had produced on my own.
From that point on Accelerated personal continued to tell me I should spend more mney on things they recommended, google for answers, and buy books if I wanted answers.
People from Accelerated even called saying if I spent another $1,800 I could get a marketing spsecialist that would promote my product.
Coaches I spoke with continued to say things such as, "we do not support Word Press you will have to Google for your answers"."we cannot tell you what to buy", "we do not do press releases", "you have to do that yourself", "we cannot tell you what keywords to use", "list your product on Craig's list", "you never do what we tell you to do", "it take time to build a business online", "if your product isn't selling then it isn't any good and you need to get something else" and repeats of standized lines that I heard again and again.
They also advised me to use comment sections on other people's blogs for my personal advertising space.
After fourteen months I have done nothing but loose money and been insulted by Accelerated personel, and they want to keep charging me $40 a month.
