Mike Alexander contacted me and got angry when I did not wish to provide my full ssn on a recorded line. He could have taken the last 4 of my ssn but refuse. He then threatened me stating he would record that I refused payment which I never did. He belittled another female coworker calling her a rooky when I informed him that I obtained information that contradicted what he told me.
I had to contact his manager to obtain the assistance I needed. He was a complete jerk!
