Bought the Ebay software from BPowerhouse/Alexander
Had my web designer to install it
Found out that the software is incomplete and can never work
Contacted Alexander, said I needed to pay $200 for technical support
It is stated on their site that the software comes with 1 year technical support DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!
Live chat does not exist
Do not loose your money here... It is a complete Rip off..
The software will never work and this Alexander is the rudest person I ever talked to
BTW He is the only person working for BPowerhouse and he had an email from YAHOO!
This site should be shut down
He operates from Israel
