A year ago (4/12) I bought one item online from people smart, which was $39.20. I believe it was a background check because I was newly single and had started dating. I know for a fact I never signed, saw, viewed, agreed too, acknowledged, any sort of reoccurring charge for an annual membership. Long story short, saw the charge on an account I rarely use. Went to my bank (BOA) sit with a rep, talked to the fraud department. They 3-way called the number that is monitory when you're not there at the time of transaction, got recording saying they were having difficulty answering my call at this time. BOA fraud dept, swiftly filed and concealed the transaction. My $ will be back in account tomorrow. They also put a watch on them that will alert when they try to do that crap again. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE THEM TO THE BIG HOUSE!!! We work to hard for our$!!!
