He answered our advertisement on craigslist about a motorcycle. He also used what others have said about calling himself an oceanographer and purchasing for his son and couldn't receive phone calls and made a fraudulent payment to paypal using their own logos and realistic looking reply's from them to us which say do not call paypal so I did. He is a reported fraud. He also tried to pull the western union shipping sob story to us too and tried to get us to forward money to that and the whole nine yards.
