I got an email that had an offer in it and it sounded reasonable so I called about it. I signed up for a 40.00 speacial. I was told everything was 100% refundable. I wasnt happy with the srevices of the psycic I felt we werent connecting I called the customer service guy said I will give you an extra 5 minutes I said ok. When I got done with my reading there was a total of 150.00 worth of charges I talked to the manager he was very rude with me about it. He told me to call back on Tuesday. I did some research over the weekend and this place is a piss poor unprofessional business that doesnt even need to be in business same cases from other people. I called on monday and the manager yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me. What kind of business does someone yell at you over the phone. He told me that he listened to the phone call 1st of all if customers are are getting listened to and recorded thats personal information getting documented and grounds for a criminal offence Data Protection Legislation to be exact.
