On Friday March 24th a buddy and that I visited Michaels Amusements to check out halloween outfits. The girls performing there appeared to become really stressed and disappointed. Among the workers was really rude to us and stated that we had a need to purchase or escape. I had been so ashamed and furious simply because they thought since we were youthful intended we were taking or anything. I'm 22 yrs old, nor mean people being rude for no cause. Etc Friday March 27th I named Michaels Amusements to keep in touch with a supervisor. I really properly talked using the woman about how exactly I had been handled earlier within the week. She essentially explained that they're hectic which she was also hectic right now to deal with the problem. I informed her that I've been quite a long time client which she must benefit my estimation a bit more. She stated "Oh Ya? What've you purchased below?" next the woman got really rude and hostile towards me. Eventually she put on me. I called back immediately after she'd hung-up on me and that I requested for that manager’s title. She stated that she'd not provide me that info. I informed her that she's the supervisor which whilst the supervisor and operator of the organization that she must supply me using the info. She laughed at me and hung up the telephone. Later that evening on my lunchtime break I visited Michaels and required a company card of the supervisor of the shop. She contended with me and wouldn't provide me the company card. Lastly I believed to her I'm not departing without having your name. Lastly she offered me a card together with her name onto it. Marge Kryzanowski was her name. Following this show of clearly terrible customer support I thought so poor since I'd been handled terribly within the scenario since I'm youthful and also the supervisor didn't worry about my company whatsoever.
