I went on lone to order who knew books and have been scanned. The website doesn't provide you an opportunity to change or verify your order. I wanted to order 4 sets for gofts to brides. However on page 2 of site they offer reduced rate so went back to page 1 to change number to 1 and proceeded. Site nevrr showed a page to verify order or allow to change order. I ended up with $307.33 for order that should have been about $100. Immediately called site number but changes can't be made. Due to hours. Called monday and talked to woman that said order not processed. She said she cancelled order and would not charge bank account and would send me an email to confirm cancellation. 17 april I call my bank and company has pulled my money. I called who knew - 800-777-4034and talked to Rachel. She said too late; the order is processed. Gives me a cancellation number and says I have to reject books when they delivet in order to get a refund. Meaning I have to sit home and wait for delivery for some unknown date. Talked to supervisor Mary who says same thing. Don't get these books. I told supervisor legally have 3. Days to cancel order and she says no. I have asked to speak to higher authority and she tells me she is it. I doubt I will ever see a refund. Buyer beware of this company!
