Mxtelecom fraudlently charged 9.99 to my AT and T cell phone account for "voice recognition"
The supervisor told me they had been dealing with this for the last year at least!
He went on to say that they have reported this to the attorney general.
I am disgusted that AT and T did not notify its customres that this is going on when they have known it all this time.
He credited my account and said he would put a "purchase blocker"on my account. So that this could not happen again.
