Received call from a Sam Peterson who stated that there is a lawsuit filed against me and he would connect me to the paralegal working on the case. When asked what is this in reference to; stated that the paralegal would state it. I hung up and googled the name and came up with other people complaining. The number the person called from was 305-407-9309
