Hello i am not in VA im in florida. I couldn't change it... But anyways i went to file a claim on my ps3 and it gave me an error saying it cannot be processed at this time. So i waited a week and did it again, it came up with the same error. So i emailed them, and they took a week or so and 2 emails to respond. They told me to call them to file a claim... This is ridiculous, i shouldn't have to pickup the phone and call a company who has an online service... Especially when you call in and they speak a different language where you can't understand them, and they can't understand you...
All i want is to get my ps3 replaced because it is faulty... I don't want to go through any red tape and have to deal with people who know nothing about it... That is why i decided to use the online claim portion as to calling them in the first place...
I paid good money for the ps3 and this replacement warranty... I should be able to use the online claim form without incident...
