FIA CSNA Card Services
MBA Card Services I paid my account in full. The company still filed a a report on my credit report. I have a letter and all stating my account was paid in full

I paid Bank of America which is also known as FIA CSNA card service the full amount that I owed them in March. The company then filed an nagavtive report on my credit in June after it receive my payment. I was a student in college and I mess up. I have tried to correct my mistake by paying ll my bills. I contacted the company and they still refuse to remove the negative information off my credit report.
