The company does not tell you that you can not cancel the subscription. I called and tried and was belittled and degraded by a supervisor. I was told that I did not know how to do my job and he was doing his. He has no clue what my job is. The customer service rep. Argued with me before sending me to a supervisor.
I wish I would have researched this company before accepting. I am receiving magazines but not ones that I ordered. I was promised a gift card to a location of my choice and that never happened. They tried to play this off as my fault which it is not. Do not buy from them... Their scamming and locking you into a contract and doing it in a sly way.
In order to cancel I would have to pay the remainder of the balance, $900, without recieving any magazines. Or it would go on my credit. SO I have no choice but to at least try and look on the bright side.
The customer service in this location was appalling and disrespectful. I was hung up on. They would rather tell you that you are wrong than fix anything. Would not give me a name or customer id of the person I originally spoke with.
