It seems I'm not alone. After downloading my recent credit card activity I noticed a strange charge from Kurtz Enterprises on 7/22 for $14.95. I decided to do a search on the company to try to figure out what the charge was for. The search led me right here. When are the cops goining to be called on these people? Has anyone started legal action? Before writing this I called my cc company to start a dispute and informed the rep of what I had discovered about this issue. He told me that he was going to notify their security department of the issue and the circumstances surrounding the fraud. Hopefully the banks and CC companies can shut these guys down (at least until they respawn as something else).
