Ordered free trial for $4.95. Nowhere in the ad did it state how much it would cost after the free trial nor did it give you the option of refusing the automatic shipment. Customer service is a joke - they claim they called and left a message - I never received any call or message. When I e-mailed them requesting an "RMA" to return the automatic shipment of filters, they didn't have the courtesy to reply.in addition, every charge to my credit card also has a "foreign transaction fee" added. That was not disclosed in the term & conditions. What a rip-off.
