I ordered a free trial of wrinkle cream from Hydroxalane and was charged over $70 because, unbeknownst to me, I was expected to return the empty jar if I didn't want to be charged. I have been charged over $86 for something from Kanulift that I never received and have no idea what I am being charged for. I am totally ashamed of myself because I thought I was smarter than this! I have started a dispute process with my credit card company but am not optimistic that I will be successful.
