FAA Express Notice says they are not affiliated with any third party advertisements/sponsors and are an independent notification service. They should be held just as responsible for anyone falling for SCAMS that they send notices of cash prizes to.
NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYONE... Especially if they tell you you can send cash.
