Angela Jones Thundercreek Farm - Horse Trader, Internet
Sold us her so called "personal horse" that we had to put down 5 months later due to having a severe leg and foot issues due to Cushions Disease. This "perfect" horse was to be a replacement for anoth Internet

BEWARE of this so called horse seller/trader Angela Jones of Thunder Creek Farms. She definitely preys on innocent people. Where a buck can be made she is there with her hand out and a smile on her face! Can't believe that she is able to sleep at night knowing what she does to people.

Bought her so called "personal horse" named Doc off of Horseville.in her description this horse was the PERFECT kid-safe, grandma approved, dead broke, bombproof horse that loves people and had no tricks, quirks or vices and anyone that can hold a pair of reins can ride this horse. Great for the timid and for using as a confidence builder. The reason she said for selling him was that the gaited horse was more her choice than a quarterhorse and if gaited he would never be sold. Great I thought, this horse would be great for my beginner husband as well as an extra for all the newbies that came riding with me.

She also stated in her ad that the horse would come with a new halter and lead rope and look like a millon bucks. Well, upon arrival he looked as if he needed to be brushed/bathed big time. Mud caked on his legs, his bridle path was at least 4 inches high, he was wearing an old halter and of course no lead rope. I didn't realize at the time but he came with shoes that also included pads for the fronts. You'll understand as you read on. What troubled me was this horse which was suppose to LOVE people would run away every time we went out to catch him even just to go out and pet or bring him treats. While riding out he was quite bombproof but, was extremely barn sour always walking fast then prance, walking fast and prance. You would have to hold the reins very tightly for fear of him wanting to canter.

After about 8 weeks we noticed that this horse was not totally shedding out & would seem to come up lame on occasion. Angela Jones had given him a clean bill of health. We had our ferrier as well as our vet check him out. The horse had no heels left on both front feet and that was the reason for the padded shoes Angela had put on him. The vet diagnosed him with Cushions Disease and he was at an advanced state. Shortly after this finding the horse was no longer rideable and had to be fitted with special boots just to give him some relief. Two months later he was to the point of not being able to walk and in such pain that he needed to be put down. We had this horse for a total of 5 months and he was only 12 years old! I understand now why he did not want to be caught and was barn sour. He was in so much pain!

Angela Jones KNEW darn well this horse was not sound yet she was able to unload this horse on us before he got any worse. The saddest part about this situation was that this so called "perfect" horse from Angela was a replacement for the beloved family horse that passed away two months prior from age. She played on our heart strings and we paid out of pocket dearly for it! She knew we were heart broken and needed to find a match for the perfect wonderful horse we lost shortly before. She ripped us off big time!!!

Tried to reach her but, she never got in contact. You think that she would feel bad or something being that this was her supposed personal horse. Angela Jones is a cold hearted, evil person that should be stopped! PLEASE no one buy from this woman or anyone that associates with her. Don't make the same mistakes that we did!
