I too received a call and was asked to complete a political survey. I did this and was put through to a sales agent. Once I agreed to the criuse they tried to sell me a longer package in Florida and then a longer stay in the Bahamas when I neglected to take either of the packages the sales agent got very pushy and agitated. I was told that the cruise would leave from West Palm Beach but they neglected to mention that you had to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to pick up your tickets. I called the company back and tried to get a refund but they told me that my 72 hours had elapsed and that I would not be able to obtain a refund. I was transfered to a manager "Blake" who wanted to know why it was an issue for me to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to pick up my tickets since I could drive down there and pick up my tickets at 0800 which would leave me plenty of time to drive up to West Palm Beach for a 1600 departure on the cruise ship. He also pointed out that I could drive 75mph on 95 and get there in plenty of time. While the actual cruise may not be a scam they have the worst customer service. They are rude and beligerant. Don't deal with them.
