Did not charge me properly/correctly on a timely manner therefore my insurance would not pay. I had to pay (twice) the insurance and the dental office because of their mistake, they did not notify me that I had a balance due. I've tried to talk to the doctor and he won't call me back, his receptionist is very rude and keeps saying its my responsibility to know. How could I know that I owe money if they don't notify me! Very unfair, poor communication, very unprofessional and the receptionist is very rude and dishonest.
