I found this company off the internet under Lower My Bills.com They had a short application there mostly just contact info. So I filled that out and they called within a few days. The firts Lady I spoke with was " Hollie Mcfay" I have no idea if this is her real name, i gave her our income and job, social security#, and what ever else they needed for qualifying for this home loan, she said that she would call us back, she did a few days later saying that we were approved for this loan, gave me all the numbers, intrest # monthly payments, total loan amount, 30 year loan the whole nine yards, it sounded like it was real, we started all the paper work on march 17 and we were informed that we had to send in a collateral payment of 4,750.00 or 5% down of the loan, we ended up talking them into half now and the other half when the loan was deposited into our bank account. So we sent this money western union, to a Scott Sheeran, in Bramton, Ontario, Canada. This is where they said their main office was. The next woman I spoke with was a Thereasa.
Very rude woman, I had nothing but problems with her, lied, gave me the run around everything, when the money that was promised into our account 12 to 24 hours didnt come i called her back, she said that she would find out why, we waited and waited nothing she wouldnt return my calls would hang up on me when i asked where it was, the we finally told them that if the money was not here by the next morning we wanted our money back. The next morning still no money so i called to tell her i wanted our money back, she told me that she didnt have to talk to me only my husband, so i hung up, waited till my husband got home from work he then called her back and told her that we wanted a refund, she told us that it would be 15 to 30 days, We Still have not recieved anything, I called the Better Buisness Bureau in Dublin Georga, to see what they would say, The man that i spoke with told me that " there was no such place in dublin, that they were a scam out of canada, " I told him that we had just lost 2300. Oo and all he could say was that "at leat you are'nt like the ol' gal that just lost 9,000." and then he hung up.
We didnt have the money, that money that we sent in was an entire month of income, we didnt pay our bills or buy groceries for that month (we were to be getting 95,000.00 within 24 hours so we would be ok) ya right, we lost our car, got kicked out of our house, and had no money. So if there is any thing that would help us recover this and make these people quit taking money from others like me, please let me know.
