I received a call from this guy named Michael about money i owed and he had gave me a atttorneys number, i didnt bother writing down the number because i wasent aware of any money. I didnt bother so i " clicked and went back to sleep. A week later, 2Sherriffs knocked at my door asking for me "Stated that i had a warrant for my arrest Having the paper in hand... My dad was the one that had opened the door and seen them 'dressed as sherriffs but he didnt see no cop car. I wasent in the scene but did receieve 20 missed calls from my dad ' he told me i had a warrant for my arrest reguarding a loan under my name. My dad told the sherrifs that i wasent home at the moment so the had left. Minutes later they call my house asking for me once again " i wasent home". This man with a indian voice notified to my dad that i owed $750.00 from CaSh ADVAnCe USA.' And that if i didnt pay, i woulda done 6 months in jail. That man told my dad that he was a lawsuit to help clear out my record. My dad was scared so with out thinkin he told James smithson that hell pay with his credit card but he refused to use the credit card, only way he coulda payed was a moneypack green dot from a store. My dad deposit it $750 from the bank and made the transaction. I arrived to my house when i was clueless about the whole thing and i called JAmes smithson and asked him how did i receive that money and he told me i cant tel u theres 3 ways and i said well i wanna know. He read all my information and i told him that i never received a email, so he was talking back and told me he was gonna cancel and i said for him to cancel. He told me i would receive a packed of my info and money back. He also said the cops where gonna go looking for me, so i got scared and said to not cancel it. He requested. Another 750$ plus 200$ for doing the cancelation and if that money wasnt ready within the hour that he couldnt help us. So my dad got another money pack and called him gave him the information he said he would call us back so when he did he said the transaction was already too late... Now im paying back the money my dad put... He payed with out thinking and i agreed cause i got scared and thought i woulda had a bad record for my carrer...: (
